This demo program demonstrates how you can use a video to animate a normal map or a parallax map (normal map + height map). This texture can then be used as a shader input.

The sample video is encoded with the normal map on the left side and the height map on the right side. When processed, this image is split into two different textures.

PS: the word "FER" is an abbreviation of my college's name ( Fakultet Elektrotehnike i Računarstva, english: Electrotechnics and Computing college in Zagreb, Croatia )
